Weissman Mustard
Pickling and Fermenting
Ingredients:
¾ cup brown mustard seeds
¾ cup yellow mustard seeds
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1¾ cup water
¾ tbsp salt
Directions:
Using a spice blender, or mortar and pestle, grind up the whole seeds into a coarse blend. Then add to a bowl.
Next, mix together the wet ingredients until the entire mixture is thoroughly incorporated.
Let rest for 5 days to a week, enjoy.
