Directions:

  1. Using a spice blender, or mortar and pestle, grind up the whole seeds into a coarse blend. Then add to a bowl.

  2. Next, mix together the wet ingredients until the entire mixture is thoroughly incorporated.

  3. Let rest for 5 days to a week, enjoy.
